BeYouTiful{ly} Delicious: What I Eat in a Day

I love watching and reading "What I Eat in a Day" posts so I wanted to share mine with you! It's nothing fancy, but here's what I eat in a typical day..

Breakfast

Smoothie: 1/2 frozen banana, handful of frozen mixed fruit, vanilla rice milk, vanilla protein, 1 tsp Maca powder, handful of spinach

OR

One caramel rice cake, 1 tbs peanutbutter, topped with 1/2 banana

Lunch

Handful of raspberries, handful of blueberries, coconut yogurt, chocolate chia granola

Dinner

Varies but usually a protein, carb and veggie

Snacks

Salt & pepper cashews, bananas, caramel rice cakes, raspberries, blueberries, pretzels

Dessert (not daily, but often enough to be in this post :) )

Ben & Jerry's lactose-free double chocolate brownie ice cream
