Sephora Collection Formula X Nail Polish
I recently tossed all of my nail polish-- seriously. So, I only felt it was necessary to restock on some new goodies! I picked up all seven nail polishes for only $10; all three of the single polishes were $2 and the set of four was only $4. Plus, I had a 10% couopn so I put it towards this purchase and got it all for $10!
Okay, now let's get to the colors. I chose each of these for a reason but the main theme was nude and pops of color (clearly). I am in love with all of them but I think I have a favorite-- don't telll the others ;)
The first color is "Breathtaking." This is a super pretty peach with blue and pink irridescent shifts. I didn't know that this had those shifts in it until it came in the mail but I am in love with it!
"Statueque" is the next color I picked out. It's a pale nude lavender if that makes sense? It is a very soft lavender and I can't wait to try it on! Also, this is a "treatment nail polish" so it is supposed to strengthen and color-correct my nails while I wear it-- how cool is that?!
The next color is very dark and meant for days when I want to channel my inner goth-girl. "Massive" is a really cool slate gray blue (almost green) and it's amazing. I can totally see myself wearing this during every season but especially the fall/winter months.
The Match Clix (set) in "Dark" immediately caught my eye. I love that it has that mix of nuturals and pops of color that I was looking for. This set comes with four amazing shades and holds my favorite color out of them all, "Infatuated." It's the amazing robin's egg blue that is perfect for the summer and spring! I didn't think I would love it as much as I do; I highly reccomend this shade!
"Thrilling" is the pretty pale nude gray/purple/pink that you see; I really don't know how else to explain it! It's just my perfect nude shade-- I can feel it!
The next shade is different for me. "Evocative" is a really pretty warm brown taupe color. It reminds me of those brown velvety leather bags with the tassles-- you know what I'm talking about? Anyway, I am really seeing myself using this shade on my nails during the fall but I can definitely see this as a year-round nail color.
The last shade is a fun one! "Power Source" is an awesome bright coral that I am planning on having on my toes often. I love a bright toe polish and I think this will be the go-to for the summer!
I am so happy with all of these polishes! They're perfect for me and exactly what I was looking for. If you're in the market I highly reccomend these! They don't last any longer than other polishes on the nails but the colors are woth it! And, at $10, can you really go wrong here?
