First Impressions: Not Your Mother's Dry Shampoo
Tragedy struck this weekend...I ran out of my Batiste Dry Shampoo. I know, I know, you feel my pain too, right? I tried to find it again but no one seemed to carry it in the dark brown shade. So, I had to try something new.
I picked up the Not Your Mother's Clean Freak Refreshing Dry Shampoo and have been using it for a few days now. Granted, I havn't had a chance to test it too much, but we both know I have some thoughts on it nonethless.
The one big no-no I found with this dry shampoo is that it sprays white on my hair instead of the dark brown with the Batiste. While it's not a total deal breaker, it still is annoying to have to make sure it's all rubbed in so I don't look like a grandma.
However, there are good things about this product. I love the packaging, I love that there is no scent and I love that it keeps my hair looking clean for more than a day. While I love my Batiste, I do seem to have to put more and more in daily. But, with this Noth Your Mother's I can go a few days without having to reapply it.
First impressions: I like it! Do I love it? Not yet. But, I do think that it is giving Batiste a run for it's money in terms of longevity in my hair-- and who wouldn't want that?
