I posted a picture on my Instagram last month on this primer and so many of you said you'd like a review. So, here we go!
This feels very much like a silicon based primer. Here is what this product claims to do:
"This lightweight, mattifying gel-primer minimizes the appearance of fine lines and pores. It also facilitates blending and extends your foundation while preventing and healing acne blemishes, all the while providing an instant mattifying effect, leaving skin texture looking flawless. This clinically tested primer is vegan and free of parabens, fragrance, gluten, mineral oil, and talc."
This does do a great job of controling my oil without making me looks dry. I have not used this long enough consistantly to say whether or not this helps with acne but I can tell you that I do not notice any major blemishes after using this primer.
I like this primer a lot-- I have gotten it as a sample many times. But, will I purchase it myself? I don't know. It's good but I am not sure it's almost $40 good. What do you think? Let me know on Twitter!
