Treat Yo Self: Ulta Haul
I love to treat myself with makeup— it's my thing. I rarely buy clothes, shoes, household items, etc. but I have zero problem buying makeup! So, for my birthday this past weekend (thank you all for the birthday love!) I decided to treat myself to some new goodies; here's what I got:
Tarte Shape Tape - I know I am so slow to the Shape Tape party but holy cow, this stuff is incredible! I think it is safe to say that this is the best concealer I have ever used! While I still love my IT Cosmetics concealer, this one just takes the cake! It is full coverage, light-weight, easy to apply, never creases (I set my under eye) and doesn't have a strong scent like some concealers do. Overall, this is totally worth the $27 price tag and everyone should try this at least once!
EcoTools Full Powder Brush - My tide and true Sephora Collection powder brush was starting to give out on me so I took Ulta up on their BOGO EcoTools sale. This powder brush is so incredibly soft and applies my powder evenly and leaves me looking airbrushed. I would definitely recommend, especially if you do not want to spend a fortune on brushes.
EcoTools Sheer Powder Brush - Another amazing brush! This was the other brush I got during the sale and I decided to use this for my bronzer. It does give sheer coverage at first but totally lets you build the coverage! This has more of a thin brush head, compared to the full powder brush, so it's perfect for the hollows of my cheeks and forehead where I prefer to put my bronzer.
Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Powder - As you saw, I just recently tried the One Heck of a Blot Primer and loved it! So, I thought I would try it's sister, the powder! I am so happy with this purchase! The powder is so soft and silky and leaves my skin looking perfect! I wore this and the Shape Tape to run errands the other day and got complimented on my skin-- it was awesome! If you're looking for a good powder that won't break the bank, this is the one for you.
