BeYouTiful{ly} Delicious: Coconut Oil in My Coffee?

I heard of this little trick from Sarah's Day on YouTube. She is a fitness and beauty/skincare vlogger and, not going to lie here, I'm kind of obsessed with anything she reccomends. So, when she said she put coconut oil into her coffee, I was confused at first but then totally on board about 15 seconds later.

Sarah stated that she likes to put coconut oil into her coffee because it keeps her full longer (since it is a healthy fat). She and I are similar in the fact that we are always hungry so when I heard that it could keep me fuller longer I was down to try it.

So, here's what I do:

Step 1- make coffee

Step 2- pour in creamer

Step 3- add a splash of cinnamon

Step 4- add a teaspoon of unrefined coconut oil

Step 5- blend coffee mixture in a blender until frothy (this is the best way to mix the coconut oil thuroughly into the coffee)

I have been using this technique for about a week now but have not seen a huge change in my appetite after drinking the coffee this way. I can tell you I don't taste a difference in my coffee but I do like the idea of keeping this part of my routine to see if it helps after a few weeks or so.
